Office Hours:
- Monday through Saturday hours: 8am to 5:30pm
- Sunday hours: 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm only
- The lobby is closed to the public on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th,
Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Closed at noon on Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
- No arrivals accepted or pets discharged on holidays.
Boarding Rates are calculated as follows:
Lodging charges include Day of Arrival through and including Day of Departure.
Minimum charge
is for two (2) days. Holiday periods: Minimum charge is for three (3) days
If possible please allow your pets time to settle in to their surrounding by bringing them in earlier in the day (before
4:00 pm) on arrival day and give us time on departure day (after 10:00 am) to make sure they are clean and fresh-smelling
for your reunion.
Entrance Requirements:
- All Owners must show written proof of current vaccinations by Veterinarian
- Dogs must have Rabies, DHLP-P, and Bordetella
- Cats
must have Rabies, FVRC-P
- All Dogs must have a current Pa. State license
tag on their collar and the number available for our records unless visiting from an out of state address
- All pets must be free of fleas and ticks. If ticks or fleas are found, pet will
be treated before admittance to kennel at the owner's expense.
- All
of pet's belongings (food, toys, bedding, crates) must be labeled with pet's first and last names using permanent marker.
- Please limit bedding to small towel-size articles. All bedding and toys must be
machine washable. No foam beds.
- All resort rooms
come equipped with beds and stainless steel dishes, you do not need to bring dishes or litters boxes
- Kennel supplies toys in playroom and outside yards.
- Kennel will not be responsible for lost or destroyed items.
- We recommend owners bring food that pet is used to at home to avoid stomach upset. Please bring only enough
for pets stay. If you prefer, we will use our lamb and rice house food. We have dry and canned cat food for our
cat guests.
- All medications must be labeled with pet's first
and last names, name of medication, dosage, veterinarian's name, and reason for medication.
- There is a charge of $ .50 per dose for giving medications. Please make sure you supply enough medication for your
pet's stay.
- Diabetic and geriatric pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
There will be an extra daily charge for insulin dependant pets or special needs pets based on anoumt
of care needed.
